1. Does MCA Help with Resumes?
Yes, we do! In fact, it’s included in your tuition for our courses. We also offer a resume kit with USB wristlets, as well as have a medical coding Facebook group where you can ask questions about interview tips, how to say certain things, how to prepare and so forth.
2. Does MCA Help with Interviews?
In addition to posting regular videos on this topic on our YouTube channel (see below for an example), we provide interview help in our courses and on our Facebook group as well. If you have an interview question, we’re here for you.
3. Does MCA Help with Homework?
Most definitely! Our whole model at MCA is that we’re at your service. The funny thing is that we mention this in several of our videos, but we have a help desk that is always available to help our students.
4. Does MCA Guarantee a Passing Grade on the Exam?
MCA does not administer, nor do we guarantee, exams or exam results. That being said, more than 95 percent of our students pass the exam the first time. And if you’re asking the right questions, like those above, you will be in a good place after taking one of our courses.
5. Is There An Online Medical Coding Option?
Yes, in fact Medical Coding Academy pioneered this option even before COVID-19 restrictions forced others to do so.
