I just finished the CPC course in Philly and I must tell you that it was one of the BEST decision I have made! I love Mrs. Ortega!! She has such a passion for what she does that it makes you truly understand the world of medical coding. The words and methods that she uses makes things so easy to understand. I HIGHLY highly highly recommend to take her courses, she truly knows what she is doing and is beautiful person inside and out!! so if your doubting or hesitating about joining the medical academy program.. Admittedly, I had doubts about my... read more abilities to learn everything I needed to pass my board exam within only a 3 day weekend course, along with absolutely zero experience in medical coding and billing (not to mention never laying eyes on a single code prior to class). I am the type of person that likes to explore all my options and see everything out as they are. I am telling you now, DO NOT GO THE LONG WAY AROUND THE MOUNTAIN!!! Sign up for her course, it is only for your own good! Absolutely everything that is pertinent to passing the board exam is covered within your 3 days with Mrs. Ortega. Do not waste your ENERGY, MONEY, or TIME with any other program, whether it is a vocational school or online program. You will only be hurting yourself in the end. You will not gain the essential and practical knowledge needed to pass your exam, become certified, and land a job. Mrs. Ortega is absolutely your best coach, and breaks everything down until she makes you completely understand, before moving on. Both her and her staff have an incredible response time, and work around the clock to take care of their students. They absolutely have your best interest at heart while you are a part of their program. She is such a genuine and good-hearted person, and wants to make sure every single one of her students succeed. I know walking out of class that I will absolutely pass my Board Exam on the first try. Long story short, take the plunge, YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF LATER!! �

I am so excited to take my board in a week, and utilizing her techniques I know I can and will pass on my first attempt! Her knowledge of CPC, the exam and the industry is impeccable!! I think the best part of my experience is her sincerity, how much she cares, and her passion for teaching her students, and how genuinely happy she is to know her students pass the CPC board exam!!! Mrs. Ortega is a wealth of powerful and resourceful knowledge that only she can deliver! ... read more I am so very grateful to God, for my friends that led me to the website, and encouraged me to take this challenge on. Deciding to change my life for the better, is always scarey, those first few steps. Mrs. Ortega gave me the tools to believe in myself and trust her, to guide me into my new life. My entire weekend was a challenge from having to switch rooms in the middle of the night, then hitting class one with a total of about 3 hrs of sleep, the nagging thought of money spent, and my own self being my own worst enemy, doubting myself every step of the way. She belived in me, in each and every one of us. If you need to feel better, be better, a better you...take the course with her. Guys if you or anyone you know is having a difficult time passing... read more the cpc board exam and/or is interested in becoming a certified medical coder but think it's impossible. � umm NO it's not, you just need Mrs. Ortega's course in your life� I have worked in the medical field for some time now and have never been so stressed, frustrated and worried about anything pertaining to it like I was for the cpc board exam. Like so many I prepared, took plenty of certified practice exams and studied my little heart out before walking in and taking this brutal exam just to fail it and be completely devastated. I had absolutely no plans to try again until 2 month later when a new coworker advised me about an amazing course he took a while back taught by the amazing Mrs. Ortega. Although having initial doubts I went ahead and registered and let me tell you, it is the BEST move I've made in regards to my professional future yet! She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of medical coding and makes sure all of her students clearly understand what's being taught. I am eagerly looking forward to my second go around at the exam and crushing it� Mrs. Ortega genuinely cares for everyone of her students, I've never encountered anyone with her passion to help people.
