They are very professional,... read more helpful and knowledgeable. If you attend her class and put in the effort to do exactly what she asks of you, you will pass the test the first time! It is important to be sure and finish ALL the advanced assignments BEFORE you attend the class. It really is to your benefit and will help you understand what she is teaching during the class time. Mrs. Ortega is the best teacher! She is very passionate, patient and enthusiastic as she teaches the strategies she has developed to help you pass the certification exam. I had no previous medical coding training and I passed the test on my first try!! Again, I want to thank her for all her help! God Bless!

  • I took the 3 day prep course in Minnesota for the CPC taught by the passionate Mrs. Ortega. I must say, this is one of the most intense courses you'll... read more ever take! There's a lot of prep work that must be done BEFORE coming to the classes, I warn you don't wait until the last minute to do the pre-work that comes into the mail. Also be prepared for a lot of classwork and homework as well. However, Mrs. Ortega is amazing, passionate teacher and the knowledge you gain in this 3 day course will take months in a community college and at higher prices with no confidence that you are prepared for the exam. Taking Mrs. Ortega course, I feel prepared! Thank you so much Ms Ortega, you and your team are awesome.

She will have... read more you on the edge of your seat the entire three days! Her skills and knowledge are out of the world, and I promise you will not regret taking her course. She breaks everything down in so many ways to help you understand, and she is not satisfied until you fully comprehend what she is trying to teach. You will leave the course ready and fully prepared to enter the medical coding world, and I can assure you, that you WILL pass the test if you just do the pre-work, homework and pay attention in class! There is a lot of ground to cover. At the end of it all, your ears may bleed, your eyeballs may fall out of your sockets, and your fingers will be crooked, but once it’s all over, your dreams will finally come to fruition! Don’t second guess yourself or have any doubts about taking this course. Bottom line, if you want to get ahead in life, you must take chances, right? Mrs. Ortega is one of the BEST instructors out there, and she is also one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She truly cares about every one of her students, and It is tough to find people like her! I learned so much from her in such a short period, and I am looking forward to being successful in this business!

At first I honestly believed that there could be NO way that someone could... read more learn medical coding in three days, take the certification test, and then most likely pass it on their first try. How ever, Mrs.Ortega does an AMAZING job of breaking down the books and guidelines for you and explains to the best of her ability everything that you REALLY need to know. It happens so fast but you will be amazed how much you can learn in a day. Just make sure you do all the required book work and you'll be golden. Give it a shot, I promise it won't hurt to try!
