This team of people are the REAL DEAL...they are worth every penny.... read more People please don't bother with any other programs out there...PLEASE TRUST ME!!! Is is not about the money with them and you know it when you start to work with them...they LOVE PEOPLE AND EDUCATING THEM! Took the course this weekend in Long Beach, completely loved it. I never met anyone more knowledgeable about coding than Mrs. Ortega and I have been in the medical field... read more for over 20 years. I would highly recommend it for beginners or as a refresher course for anyone in billing/coding to be up to date with all the changes in guidelines.

Mrs. Ortega and her... read more team did an amazing job with the production and put together a jaw dropping amount of information and materials for each student. Mrs. Ortega is thorough and decisive throughout the course. She keeps your attention and is very to the point, focusing in everything you need to pass the board exam. The 350 Cases textbook is honestly a blessing. It breaks down each and every case so you can easily understand the material and Mrs. Ortega is with you every step of the way going through all 350 on video with you. She clarifies everything with ease and to the best of her ability for full understanding. I would love to attend the 3-day course as well just because!-Double the learning but this will unfortunately depend now on the covid situation. Regardless, even if I can't attend the 3-day, I know with the MCA coding online course I have been given all the information I need to sit for the board exam. Listening and doing everything Mrs. Ortega says and putting in the work is key! After finishing the course and being an MCA "Go-To" coder, I know that I have a huge advantage to passing the national exam over the traditional classroom student. From the get-go, I knew from the YouTube videos that if I was going... read more to learn medical coding the ONLY person who could teach me would be Mrs. Ortega. I don't like being confused by 'fluff' and left hanging, not knowing what information is important over other information, etc. or just plain boring classroom instruction or online instruction. I was RIGHT. Mrs. Ortega is far from boring and she doesn't fill you up with fluff. She gets right down to the essentials. The 12 hours FLEW by. I enjoyed every second of it. I learned so much more than I ever imagined. I feel 100 percent confident in not only passing my CPC on the first try but I also feel very confident in entering the field. Mrs. Ortega is the real deal. She is the ONLY instructor for me. I look forward to taking more classes with her when I am ready to attain additional credentials.
