MCA offers a good and affordable program and Mrs. Ortega is diligent in teaching the necessary skills for coding. There are many times when difficult questions arise and all the appropriate answers are in her videos. I achieved success in my medical coding studies due to the instructions of Mrs. Ortega. There's a lot of prep work that must be done BEFORE coming to the classes, I warn you don't wait until the last minute to do the pre-work that comes into the mail. Also be prepared for a lot of classwork and homework as well. However, Mrs. Ortega is amazing, passionate teacher and the knowledge you gain in this 3 day course will take months in a community college and at higher prices with no confidence that you are prepared for the exam. How ever, Mrs.Ortega does an AMAZING job of breaking down the books and guidelines for you and explains to the best of her ability everything that you REALLY need to know.
