How can a three day class get you a career in medicine? I needed something like this to get a career instead of a job. So I researched the field. I researched the school. I read the reviews. I even reached out to former students, because when something sounds too good to be true... (sorry Ms Ortega I was one of those). Now, I'm a true believer! This lady can teach! And she does it with passion, class, and humor. You WILL work hard and you WILL learn. Her passion for you to learn will inspire you to meet this challenge. You'll have fun too! Medical Coding Academy is the absolute best way to become a coder. The staff at the academy do a wonderful job helping you to prepare for the class. Guys if you or anyone you know is having a difficult time passing... read more the cpc board exam and/or is interested in becoming a certified medical coder but think it's impossible. � umm NO it's not, you just need Mrs. Ortega's course in your life� I have worked in the medical field for some time now and have never been so stressed, frustrated and worried about anything pertaining to it like I was for the cpc board exam. Like so many I prepared, took plenty of certified practice exams and studied my little heart out before walking in and taking this brutal exam just to fail it and be completely devastated. I had absolutely no plans to try again until 2 month later when a new coworker advised me about an amazing course he took a while back taught by the amazing Mrs. Ortega. Although having initial doubts I went ahead and registered and let me tell you, it is the BEST move I've made in regards to my professional future yet!
