I not only had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Ortega but was blessed to be able to sit and complete the 3 day CPC boot camp and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. I now know that I can do this. I thank Mrs. Ortega for being such an amazing person and teacher. She will educate you PROPERLY and with the information that she gives during this course, you will then be prepared and ready to take the exam and actually know what you are doing. She is a true blessing. I am now CONFIDENT and ready to take the exam in 2 weeks. Thank you Mrs. Ortega for taking me from 0 to 100. I decided to enroll in Medical Coding Academy's 3 day CPC class and drove all the way to North Carolina from Perry, GA. It was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. I passed my CPC on the first try and now I am well on my way to a career in medical coding. Mrs. Ortega is the best, and I recommend Medical Coding Academy to anyone interested in coding.

I did the the CPC 3 day boot camp in September with Mrs Ortega (God sent) and her wonderful team. I have no experience, the 3 days class is very intense but well worth it. Make sure to do all of your homework this is crucial. How ever, Mrs.Ortega does an AMAZING job of breaking down the books and guidelines for you and explains to the best of her ability everything that you REALLY need to know. It happens so fast but you will be amazed how much you can learn in a day. Just make sure you do all the required book work and you'll be golden. Give it a shot, I promise it won't hurt to try!
