I knew when I found her on YouTube last year in need of help to get through this time in my life that she was amazing and knowledgeable, but you truly don't know how much until you take her courses. Mrs. Ortega and her staff are TRULY here to help you succeed! From day ONE I had hope for a better future for me! No doubt whatsoever that Mrs. Ortega was going to pave my way to success! Don't waste time and money with 10 month schools and online courses that give you no support and cost WAYYY too much. Take the leap of Faith and be prepared to get knocked off your feet! I had no medical coding experience prior to taking Mrs. Ortega's 3 days CPC class but after the 3 days I was impress on how much I have learned. I... read more took the 3 days class in Dallas on July 28-30. I took the exam right after finishing the class but I didn't pass. I think it was just nerves. So I let Mrs. Ortega know right away. She was very encouraging and did everything in her power to help me prepare for my second exam which I took three weeks later. I just found out today that I PASSED. I strongly believe if you don't pass the first time, then I will guarantee you will pass the second time but the goal is to pass the first time!!! Mrs. Ortega is one of a kind. she is tough but dedicated, caring, and supportive teacher. She mean everything she said. She puts 150% into her class. I highly recommended everyone to take her class. If you plan to take her class, then Please DO ALL THE PRE-WORKS that are given to you because if you don't then don't even bother to show up to class. You will be totally lost in class because there is no time to waste. The class do goes fast but it is all worth it in the end. She said "A short term pain is a long time gain!!!" Anyhow, thank you Mrs. Ortega for your knowledge and talent that you have pass on to me. I will forever be grateful for what you have done. I plan to take some of her other class to up my credential later on down the road. MRS.ORTEGA ROCKS!!!

Ive never seen anything like it. But the biggest that I've just completed the coding fundamentals module. I'm happy to report that I have already learned more in this one video from Mrs Ortega than I ever did when i was attended the 10 month vocational college..smh!!! cant believe I spent 20k on that school. If you're reading this you need to save yourselves the time and money and get the online from MCA. God I wish I would have found them first! Upward and onward..about to start the integumentary system! update!!! So I just had to jump on here and tell the Academy and anyone else who is reading this that I literally finished the online program about a week ago took my test this past Saturday and found out I passed on my 1st try tonight!! Can I just say I keep driving into my bed and screaming into my pillow that I passed over and over again!!!!! Needless to say I am beyond elevated. Listen guys all I can say is take this course and I mean dont even hesitate! You will never find any course better than the one from mca trust me I should know because I bought two others including aapc and they were worthless but Mrs Ortega teaches with her soul in this course and you feel it through the screen every minute ... Please do not try to go to college or by any other courses because you don't need anything but what Mrs Ortega has to teach you in this online course I'm trying my best here to keep you off on making terrible mistakes OK well I've said my piece I've gotta go best of luck to you all!
