I am here to give her due for the course she has designed and if you are serious about your career MCA is where you need to be. It’s intense as I just mentioned but worth more than we paid. God put her in my pathway. Of that I am sure! Ms. Ortega is exactly the same in person as she is on YouTube. She is passionate about what she does, she is un-matched as far as subject matter knowledge goes, and her enthusiasm shines through. A word of warning: It is a very intense three day boot camp. When she talks about that in her videos, that is no joke!. However, you will be amazed at how much you learn and retain through it all. Her methods for navigating the CPC exam WORK! I promise you they do! Ms. Ortega always says in her videos that she's a text away. She is absolutely telling you the truth. I have to confess, I didn't pass my CPC on the first attempt. I didn't manage my time well enough. However, as soon as I let her know that I didn't make it on the first try, she was on the case. She helped me with extra practice cases, with advice, and with a patience and kindness. Today, I got a wonderful Christmas present when I found out I had passed the CPC. It truly is a beast! As a teacher myself, I here want to say that Ms. Ortega has in a full measure the most important quality a teacher has to have and that is she has a true servant heart. One last thing. If the cost is causing you to doubt whether you should do this or not; if the need to possibly travel to Dallas or to a city near you; if timed tests make you nervous like they do me, do not listen to the doubts. Do what it takes to get signed up for the three-day course. You'll never be sorry you did. And please do the pre-work before you show up for class. You'll be very glad you did.

You get only enough sleep to function on.... read more It’s worth every missed second of sleep, every dollar spent, and every thing of ribbon white out I throw across the room. Here is my story... Mrs Ortega is pretty amazing! I took her 3 day class on October 5-7 and took my test on October 13. In between that time hurricane Michael hit my home and I was out of power for 7 days and in the middle of those 7 days was my test. To say I was worried would be an understatement. Yes you come home with homework to keep you on track and keep it fresh on your mind but in this situation it was a struggle. I had no power, a roof covered in tarps, 2 stir crazy boys, trying to help the community and ones that were in worse shape then me, as well as studying and remembering everything Mrs Ortega taught me! If I would not have taken her class I know 100% I would not have even came close to passing. I messaged her with my struggles and told her I was worried. She believed in me more than I believed in myself. At that moment I know she gave me everything I needed and I couldn’t let her down. I didn’t reschedule my test because of the things happening out of my control. I put everything I had into God and Mrs Ortega and I sat down and took that test like I knew every answer! I passed with a 86!!!! She is truly God sent in this field and I will never ever ever dream of trying to further my career without seeking her advice and classes out first. Take heed of everything this amazing woman says. She knows her stuff. Do exactly like she says and everything she says and you too will pass!

I received my passing results the next day.Mrs. Ortega is gifted by God to instruct plus she gives you a wristband that has a scripture from the bible to motivate you on her "keep it moving" wristband that says. I can do all things in Christ that strengthens me.God bless you Mrs. Ortega. I passed my first time.

A coworker had mentioned this program that his friend took and it was what I was looking for! Ms. Ortega knows what she is talking about. She is an excellent teacher and I wish I had a chance to meet her and thank her personally. Her tabbing system is a God send!
