I am happy to say that I passed ON MY FIRST TRY! And this is THANKS TO THE FANTASTIC 3-DAY GO TO CODER COURSE led by Mrs. Ortega. Mrs. Ortega loves teaching and she makes sure that none of her students are left behind. She will do everything to help her students, including responding to text messages late at night . The course is intense but it is worth it! The tips and tricks that Mrs. Ortega provides are KEY to passing the exam. I could not have done it without her.

This is a class that if you aren't prepared to work and work hard, don't take it. She is passionate about her subjects and helping her students learn and get ahead in the world of medical coding as long as you are too. Listen to everything she says and be sure to complete ALL of the pre-work BEFORE the class, as without it, you will be lost. When I discovered this course, I was blown away by what I was hearing and after having looked into other coding programs that are so expensive, I wanted to go and learn from Mrs. Ortega. I'm glad that I did. It's been hard work, but very much worth it. Work hard, listen, learn, & you won't regret it. But again, if you aren't willing to put in the work, then don't waste your money as you won't get out of taking classes from Medical Coding Academy everything that you could and should.

Took... read more the test for the third time in Dallas with Ms Ortega and I passed with 78%. I learned with Ms Ortega in 3 days than I did in 10 weeks. If anybody is looking to become coder I would truly recommend Ms Ortega.

We had no idea that this lady was about to blow our minds with everything she had to give and offer. When I say she was heaven-sent I'm not kidding she was a blessing to our minds and she taught us what we needed to learn in 3 days at the medical coding Academy to be the best coders that we can be. She is super multi talented. lady. I passed my exam for the first time, no experience and i'm 60 yrs old. This proved that age and experience don't matter what is important is how good, (the BEST).. the teacher is. She gave me the confidence to do it. I learned more in those 3 days... read more than I did in the entire 8 months I spent in the online course I was taking. You are given everything you need to be prepared to take AND pass the CPC exam the very first time. She is inspiring, exciting and REALLY knows her stuff.
