I don't like being confused by 'fluff' and left hanging, not knowing what information is important over other information, etc. or just plain boring classroom instruction or online instruction. I was RIGHT. Mrs. Ortega is far from boring and she doesn't fill you up with fluff. She gets right down to the essentials. The 12 hours FLEW by. I enjoyed every second of it. I learned so much more than I ever imagined. I feel 100 percent confident in not only passing my CPC on the first try but I also feel very confident in entering the field. Mrs. Ortega is the real deal. She is the ONLY instructor for me. I look forward to taking more classes with her when I am ready to attain additional credentials.
