  • All I have to say is Ms. Ortega is AMAZING! Initially I had no idea what I was in for nor what to expect. This certainly was an intense and... read more grueling three day course, Ms. Ortega however kept us engaged the entire time and made everything easy to understand. I came into this course not knowing anything about medical coding or CPC certification but left learning so much and passing my exam on the first try with a good grade. I went into the exam confident and sure of my answers and was able to answer most of the questions with ease. This of course, is thanks to passion and commitment Ms. Ortega dedicates to her students. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone. You will be amazed at much you will learn in the short three days. She is just that awesome and passionate about coding, and after you take her class you will be too and you will pass the exam on the first try! If you've taken the CPT exam before and failed, I plead with you to give her class a try and I promise you, you won't regret it. She is always a phone call away and she will so whatever she can to help! I traveled many miles to take her course, and it was the best decision that I have ever made!! Because of Mrs. Ortega course I look at coding differently because I understand it, and because of that I'm excited about my future and all the opportunities I will have from the knowledge I gained in her 3 day course!!
