Enrollment Agreement for In-person Training Programs
By registering for any in-person training course offered by Medical Coding Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
- Enrollment and Seat Reservation
Enrollment in an in-person training program reserves a seat in a limited-capacity course. Class sizes are restricted to ensure an optimal learning experience for all participants.
Upon enrollment, a seat is reserved exclusively for the student and is removed from available inventory. Because reserved seats cannot always be resold, registration creates a financial commitment for the full tuition amount of the course.
Enrollment is not contingent upon attendance. Students remain responsible for all tuition obligations associated with their registration, regardless of whether they attend the course. - Tuition Responsibility
By enrolling in a course, the student agrees to pay the full tuition amount associated with the selected program.
The student’s obligation to pay tuition is established at the time of enrollment and is not dependent upon course attendance, completion of coursework, certification outcomes, employment outcomes, personal scheduling conflicts, travel limitations, medical circumstances, or any other reason for non-attendance except as otherwise required by applicable law. - Payment Options
Students may pay the full tuition amount at the time of registration.- Pay in Full
Students may pay the full tuition amount at the time of registration. - Payment Plan
As a courtesy, Medical Coding Academy may offer payment plans that allow students to spread tuition payments over multiple installments.
Payment plans are provided solely as a convenience and do not alter the student’s obligation to pay the full course tuition.
Selecting a payment plan does not constitute a subscription, monthly membership, or pay-as-you-attend arrangement. The student remains responsible for the entire tuition amount upon enrollment.
- Pay in Full
- Scheduled Payments
Students selecting a payment plan agree to make all scheduled payments on or before the designated due dates.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in:- Account delinquency
- Suspension of access to course materials
- Loss of eligibility to attend the course
- Collection efforts on unpaid balances
- Additional administrative actions deemed necessary by Medical Coding Academy
Missed payments do not cancel enrollment obligations and do not relieve the student of responsibility for the remaining balance.
- Deposit Policy
Certain courses may require a deposit to reserve a seat.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit secures the student’s reserved seat and is applied toward the total tuition amount due.
Payment of a deposit does not grant the student the right to indefinitely postpone attendance, transfer to future courses, or cancel remaining tuition obligations. - Payment Deadline for Attendance
For all in-person training programs, tuition must be paid in full no later than the published payment deadline for the course.
Students whose accounts are not pain in full by the payment deadline may be prohibited from attending the course until the balance has been satisfied.
Failure to attend due to an unpaid balance does not eliminate the student’s financial obligation under this agreement. - Course Transfers
Course transfers are not automatic and are subject to approval by Medical Coding Academy.
Any approved transfer request must comply with the company’s current Course Transfer Policy.
Students with past-due balances or delinquent payment plans may be denied transfer eligibility until all outstanding amounts have been paid.
Approval of a transfer does not waive any payment obligations under this agreement. - Cancellations
Student cancellations are governed by the company’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellation of attendance does not automatically release the student from financial obligations incurred through enrollment.
Any refunds, credits, transfers, or exceptions will be handled in accordance with the published policies in effect at the time of registration. - Acknowledgment
By completing registration, submitting payment, or selecting a payment plan, the student acknowledges and agrees that:- A seat has been reserved on the student’s behalf.
- Enrollment creates a financial obligation for the full tuition amount.
- Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not reduce the student’s obligation to pay the full tuition.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Failure to attend does not automatically cancel tuition obligations.
- Course transfers are subject to company approval and applicable policies.
- The student has reviewed and agrees to all published policies, including the Payment Plan Policy. Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Course Transfer Policy.
