I honestly had my doubts, but went on Faith. My Faith did NOT let me down. As she stated herself, Ms. Ortega is truly anointed in all facets of providing ALL that's needed to pass the CPC exam. There's a lot of prep work that must be done BEFORE coming to the classes, I warn you don't wait until the last minute to do the pre-work that comes into the mail. Also be prepared for a lot of classwork and homework as well. However, Mrs. Ortega is amazing, passionate teacher and the knowledge you gain in this 3 day course will take months in a community college and at higher prices with no confidence that you are prepared for the exam. Okay, so, I'm writing this immediately after receiving my pass my CPC certification exam. I finished in 3 hours out of the 5 hours 40 minutes that the exam provides... read more and passed with the equivalent of a B. Ms. Ortega knows her coding. Ms. Ortega knows the test. Ms. Ortega knows what works and what doesn't. This three-day course probably helped me prepare better for the exam than the official AAPC prep course. I've taken both; the prep course is good for the basics, but if you want to pass the exam and pass it quickly, then it would behoove you to attend Ms. Ortega's boot camp. It's well worth the price and the pain, I promise you. Listen to Ms. Ortega. Follow Ms. Ortega's instructions. Do as Ms. Ortega says and eat the exam for breakfast. It really is just that simple.
