This "Boot Camp" was fantastic from the word GO! Miss Ortega and every single person on her staff for that matter are there to make sure NOBODY gets left behind.... read more YOU work hard no lie, hence my reference to the "Boot Camp" but they all work just as hard as you do & right along side of you. ALL questions are answered no matter how many times it takes to make sure we are all on the same wave length. Miss Ortega has a truly Blessed nature for teaching and and does a fabulous job! She is the most caring person I have ever taken a class from, she is not there for the dollar signs she is there for pleasure of helping you to succeed and improve your own self! I learned more in the 3 days I had with her than I did in any face to face course I had taken with Brick and Mortar charging me a through the teeth... I am awaiting my results for the exam I took now. Thank you, thank you, thank you.... will never truly show how much I appreciate what she and her team have done for me!! However; the fact that I will be back for another "Boot Camp" to get to the next Alphabet Credential, does say a lot... There's a lot of prep work that must be done BEFORE coming to the classes, I warn you don't wait until the last minute to do the pre-work that comes into the mail. Also be prepared for a lot of classwork and homework as well. However, Mrs. Ortega is amazing, passionate teacher and the knowledge you gain in this 3 day course will take months in a community college and at higher prices with no confidence that you are prepared for the exam. I was nervous and anxious before the course because... read more it has been many years since I have studied and taken a test, but Mrs. Ortega made the course so fun! She is excellent at what she does and I'm so glad to have found her academy. She truly loves her students and her only goal is to make sure everyone succeeds! I have been to many diffent certification classes in the last. I have always gotten a ton of information from teachers. This class and Mr. Ortega have simplified it so much that you just have to get out of your own way and follow her instructions. This past weekend was to say the least, MIND BLOWING!!! Going through this class will open your eyes. It's a very tuff class ibuprofen and caffeine was my best friend for the next few days of class.
