God put her in my pathway. Of that I am sure! Ms. Ortega is exactly the same in person as she is on YouTube. She is passionate about what she does, she is un-matched as far as subject matter knowledge goes, and her enthusiasm shines through. A word of warning: It is a very intense three day boot camp. When she talks about that in her videos, that is no joke!. However, you will be amazed at how much you learn and retain through it all. Her methods for navigating the CPC exam WORK! I promise you they do! Ms. Ortega always says in her videos that she's a text away. She is absolutely telling you the truth. I have to confess, I didn't pass my CPC on the first attempt. I didn't manage my time well enough. However, as soon as I let her know that I didn't make it on the first try, she was on the case. She helped me with extra practice cases, with advice, and with a patience and kindness. Today, I got a wonderful Christmas present when I found out I had passed the CPC. It truly is a beast! As a teacher myself, I here want to say that Ms. Ortega has in a full measure the most important quality a teacher has to have and that is she has a true servant heart. One last thing. If the cost is causing you to doubt whether you should do this or not; if the need to possibly travel to Dallas or to a city near you; if timed tests make you nervous like they do me, do not listen to the doubts. Do what it takes to get signed up for the three-day course. You'll never be sorry you did. And please do the pre-work before you show up for class. You'll be very glad you did.
