This certainly was an intense and... read more grueling three day course, Ms. Ortega however kept us engaged the entire time and made everything easy to understand. I came into this course not knowing anything about medical coding or CPC certification but left learning so much and passing my exam on the first try with a good grade. I went into the exam confident and sure of my answers and was able to answer most of the questions with ease. This of course, is thanks to passion and commitment Ms. Ortega dedicates to her students. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone. You will be amazed at much you will learn in the short three days. Mrs. Ortega... read more and her staff were very helpful. The course really prepared me for the exam. I took the exam on 9/10/18 and passed. Now I am a Certified Profession Coder. It was a hard weekend, full of long class hours and prep/home work each night after the class ended, but there is a lot of information to cover in just three days, so the home work is necessary. The prep/home work really does help prepare youfor the test. Thanks Mrs. Ortega & staff!

I received my passing results the next day.Mrs. Ortega is gifted by God to instruct plus she gives you a wristband that has a scripture from the bible to motivate you on her "keep it moving" wristband that says. Mrs. Ortega, Ms. Belen, and all of the staff are very helpful,... read more very responsive, and it is evident that they genuinely care about the success of each individual student who takes their medical coding courses. I am a teacher and have been in education for quite some time, and for me personally, this is the most well-designed courses I have ever taken.
