I... read more took the 3 days class in Dallas on July 28-30. I took the exam right after finishing the class but I didn't pass. I think it was just nerves. So I let Mrs. Ortega know right away. She was very encouraging and did everything in her power to help me prepare for my second exam which I took three weeks later. I just found out today that I PASSED. I strongly believe if you don't pass the first time, then I will guarantee you will pass the second time but the goal is to pass the first time!!! Mrs. Ortega is one of a kind. she is tough but dedicated, caring, and supportive teacher. She mean everything she said. She puts 150% into her class. I highly recommended everyone to take her class. If you plan to take her class, then Please DO ALL THE PRE-WORKS that are given to you because if you don't then don't even bother to show up to class. You will be totally lost in class because there is no time to waste. The class do goes fast but it is all worth it in the end. She said "A short term pain is a long time gain!!!" Anyhow, thank you Mrs. Ortega for your knowledge and talent that you have pass on to me. I will forever be grateful for what you have done. I plan to take some of her other class to up my credential later on down the road. MRS.ORTEGA ROCKS!!!

She is VERY passionate and... read more VERY serious about her teaching & her students. Please do all of your pre-work, homework, and classwork or you will not benefit. It is very INTENSE but by day 3 you will be as confident as she is about passing your board exam. I plan on taking two more training classes with her in Dallas, that is how confident I am in her training. Thank you again Mrs Ortega.

I don't like being confused by 'fluff' and left hanging, not knowing what information is important over other information, etc. or just plain boring classroom instruction or online instruction. I was RIGHT. Mrs. Ortega is far from boring and she doesn't fill you up with fluff. She gets right down to the essentials. The 12 hours FLEW by. I enjoyed every second of it. I learned so much more than I ever imagined. I feel 100 percent confident in not only passing my CPC on the first try but I also feel very confident in entering the field. Mrs. Ortega is the real deal. She is the ONLY instructor for me. I look forward to taking more classes with her when I am ready to attain additional credentials. Thank you Mrs. Ortega for your knowledge, teaching expertise, and the sacrifices you make to travel to us!!! I know when I pass my CPC exam in two weeks that I would have never been able to if it weren't for your class. Lea :)

So I prayed about obtaining my CPC Licensing, the Lord Made a way for me to get the funds together. May I tell you that working two Jobs and overtime was � worth it all . All the tears of exhaustion were worth it when I met Mrs. Ortega!!!! Little did I know she had a very similar testimony to share, not only will she have you pass that exam but she actually cares about us. We were more then a seat filled in her classroom! She spoke about our next steps after this Exam. She prayed for us, and truly desires the best for us . She is a excellent instructor Smart Brillant Vibrant beautiful God fearing Woman. If your looking to understand Coding with no experience , Pass on your first try, a professional convenient environment and staff; Mrs Ortega and her academy would be your only choice . She... read more takes her love of teaching very seriously and puts her ALL into her students. She applies the pressure to ensure you’re prepared for the exam and a successful coding career. She’s very thorough giving you the tools you need to pass the exam, getting the job, interviewing, and your new coding career. During the prep exam workshop she is not the angel you see on youtube. She is this little petite Drill Sergeant who will put the fire under your feet!! The class is very intense, very fast paced, and can be overwhelming if you don’t do ALL of your pre-work. However when the 3 days are over its a big relief because you will be able maneuver through your books, follow instructions, find and understand the correct answers. Her curriculum and teaching strategy makes it fun & easy to find the codes, without needing to MEMORIZE thousands of terminology or anatomy terms. Mrs Ortega was heaven sent! If you’re looking for a teacher to teach you the basics of coding and how to pass the CPC medical coding exam with ZERO coding experience... Then Look no further Mrs. Ortega and her team are IT!! I... read more have a hard time focusing and learning the task on hand, but with her knowledge and methods. I came out of her class on day 3 knowing that I was going to Ace my exam! I loved her teaching style and how she puts her faith first in everything she does. I got so much more out of her class than I could have ever imagined. I am so thankful for Mrs. Ortega and that I stumbled upon her Facebook page when I did. I know I kept going back and forth on if I should take the class or not but I’m so thankful that I did! If you are debating between which program you should take, don’t waste any more time and just take this one!!!
