Mrs. Ortega is passionate about teaching and you can see the excitement and love for her students. Mrs. Ortega teaches with enthusiasm and simplicity to where you understand and get excited about medical coding. I was blown away by how a code can explain so much about a patient. At the end of my 3rd class I knew and UNDERSTOOD what I needed to know about medical coding and most of all I have everything I need to pass my exam. I recommend you sign up and take this 3 day course. You will go from, "what did I get myself into" to "I got this, I can do this". Thank you Mrs. Ortega for lighting a fire in me. I can't wait to see what awaits me in my career path.

I... read more left other coding Facebook groups so I wouldn't get confused. I have looked into coding for a couple years now. I searched "coding bootcamp" and Ms. Ortega came up. I was skeptical at first, thinking there is no way. But a part of me was saying do it. Maybe it was my higher power telling me to finally jump and commit. I truly believed she would show me the way. She did! If you have question whether you should take this class or not, please I hope my review will make you jump! I went to the bootcamp in ATL. I won't lie I didn't sleep for 3 days. We were in class for 11 hours and had hours of homework, but it was beyond worth it. She keeps you awake and focused the entire time. Thank you, Ms. Ortega.
