MCA offers a good and affordable program and Mrs. Ortega is diligent in teaching the necessary skills for coding. There are many times when difficult questions arise and all the appropriate answers are in her videos. I achieved success in my medical coding studies due to the instructions of Mrs. Ortega. I passed my exam on the first try under her preparation materials. Thank you to Mrs. Ortega and the Medical Coding Academy.

I must admit I was skeptical at first thinking there was no... read more way I could possibly learn all the info I needed in 3 days and be ready for my test and boy was I wrong!!! On day one Mrs Ortega made me a believer!! I am very confident that when I go to take my test on Saturday I will be more than ready and I WILL pass it on my first try after this 3 day weekend with Mrs Ortega!!! I would recommend this course to ANYONE whether experienced or not you won't regret taking this course!! The one thing I strongly recommend is COMPLETE ALL PREWORK!!! The prework is very very very important and I can't express enough how much it's going to help get through her course and help with testing!!! In Mrs Ortega's voice either love it or leave it and keep it moving!!!

Thank you Ms. Ortega from the bottom of my heart for what you have taught me! Can’t wait to text you telling you I passed my exam! God Bless you. The course: It is NOT easy at all. I must confess that it was a load of knowledge to download on my brain, but it is definitely DO-ABLE! I felt like crying by 5pm every day, but Ms. Ortega can’t want this more for me, than how I want it for my self so I sucked it up and follow instructions! The techniques and strategies are amazing and I feel really confident that I most definitely likely, am going to pass the test. I recommend coming with NO PLANS other than to learn A LOT of stuff. You will have no time for anything else. This course is amazing I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Do yourself a favor and come take this class!

I have been out of the workforce for 13 years raising my children and I was very nervous about taking on a brand new career without any prior knowledge or experience, but Mrs. Ortega's stellar reputation and all of the 5 star reviews gave me the confidence to go for it. And I am so glad I did! The online course is amazing! It is organized and easy to follow with clear instructions every step of the way. I loved doing the online course because I could go through each section as many times as I needed to get a strong understanding of the material. The MCA team was a huge resource as they were there to answer any questions along the way. And even though Mrs. Ortega was not physically there with me, I could feel her genuine desire for me to succeed.
