I honestly had my doubts, but went on Faith. My Faith did NOT let me down. As she stated herself, Ms. Ortega is truly anointed in all facets of providing ALL that's needed to pass the CPC exam. HIGHLY recommend to any interested in medical coding or having difficulty passing. Thanks Ms. Ortega and the entire MCA! So looking forward to my exam in a few days-

Mrs. Ortega is more than knowledgeable about all subject matters in regards to the Medical Coding and any and all of the classes that are offered by the Medical Coding Academy. Mrs. Ortega is a kind , smart, motivated, God-sent woman that that is cheering for everyone to be great and succeed at their endeavors.. Mrs. Ortega will make sure you have a understanding of all subject matter because she more than cares that you have a grasp of all the material at hand. In the 3 day Coding class there were many people that walk in to class of many different walks of life and careers.But while in that class Mrs.Ortega is able to project a understanding of any and all subject matter to the whole class. Mrs.Ortega makes sure that you are more that prepared for for the class, the state board test and real life on the job functions .I actually went to college for Medical billing and Coding and obtain Associates Degree in Medical Billing and Coding as well as a Bachelors in Biology and Chemistry. But I learned far more in the 3 day boot camp class offered by the Medical Coding Academy which is owned by Mrs. Ortega then I learned while obtaining my associates,to were I felt more than comfort taking the state board test immediately after the class. I took the test on July 30, 2018 and I passed the CPC with a 90% out of 100.Since July 2018 I have taken the following classes thru the Medical Coding Academy - Certified Outpatient Coder Class-COC Certified Professional Medical Auditor Class- CPMA Certified Professional Biller Class -CPB Certified Professional Coder Class -CPC Certified Professional Compliance Officer Class - CPCO Certified Professional Practice Manager Class - CPMA Certified Risk Adjustment Class - CRC. I have obtained the following certification from taking taken the classes offered by by Mrs . Ortega and the Excellent organization of the Medical Coding Academy . CPC COC CRC CPCO CPMA CPPM I am scheduled to take the CPB ( Billing Test) and the CDEO ( Documentation) Test in January 2021. I want to one day have my own medical coding and billing office. So these class and certifications are directly in line with my future becoming even more a success. Being that I have worked in the pharmacy field for over twenty years but the work that I do and have done in the pharmacy field also intermingled with the medical field with the clinical work , coding , and billing . Taking all the classes and obtain the various different certifications through the Medical Coding Academy has allowed me to have so , so , many options to outpouring all my different degrees as well as certifications in the pharmacy field , the medical arena , and the world 🌍 of medical billing and coding. I now have options , I can work for someone else, I can work for myself, and/ or I can do both. I have opened up a gift that keeps on giving with numerous possibilities. Without having this education I would not be able to fulfill the dream of opening my own business .The Medical Coding Academy help put my goals as a business owner in perspective. I am now the owner of Rare Brilliance LLC, which will obtain work to provide the following- * Pharmacy Services ( Pre Authorizations and Prior Authorizations) * As well as services regarding medical billing and coding * Plus consulting on various medical and pharmacy insurances. * Tutoring on subjects regarding biology, chemistry, some advanced math , and pharmacy technician classes. The Medical Coding Academy has allowed me to work in a arena that I love, I love to be help others, inform patient’s of their options, and assist in the education of both young and older students . The Medical Coding had supplied a whole new word of education regarding the medical field as a whole. To all of you that are on the fence about take a class with the Medical Coding Academy , make a investment in yourself to where you can go work at any doctor’s office, hospital, or even go to work for yourself and start your own business.Mrs.Ortega is a superior educator as well as all of the other 5 educators that are on this panel of educating. Choosing the Medical Coding Academy will be one of the best decisions that you will make in your life time. You will gain so many more valuable skills , knowledge , understandings and a overall better form of yourself . To where you will never regret choosing the Medical Coding Academy.   • There are just no words to describe “Mrs. Ortega” but PHENOMENAL! This spirit-filled woman was God-sent for such a time as this for me. She through God’s help... read more anointed our abilities to receive all the knowledge we needed to become successful coders. I was struggling trying to pass the CPC (Certified Professional Coder) exam. Then when a friend mentioned Mrs. Ortega’s class the “Medical Coding Academy” to me; yes, at first there was a little doubt but I had to walk out on faith and trust the God in me. After watching her videos on the internet and reviews and reading all the posts I was sold on taking her class. I decided she’s the one who will take me to the next level of my career in coding. I signed up immediately. She’s now my teacher, my instructor and my mentor in Medical Coding. She took me and the entire class under her wings and boy did we fly. In 3-days of boot camp in Dallas, Texas on November 17th – 19th she broke the body down from head-to-toe and then we took the EXAM the following day on the 20th. We became the Professional Coders she built us up to become. YES, yes, yes I PASSED on the 1st try after taking her class!!! I’m so excited that I’m CERTIFIED! She is the absolute truth when it comes down to skillful teaching. She’s not the norm, she’s a gift from God. She knows her stuff. She not only teaches it; she lives it, she breathes it and she produced it. I’m telling you if you are struggling in trying to pass the CPC exam you need to sign-up TODAY and take her class. She’s the #1 Lady in the land that I know of, who will give you all the tools you need to become that successful medical coder you’ve dreamed to become. When she says, “write this down…LOL” you better write it down or you’ll miss something very intriguing in your studies. I, unfortunately, did not pass on my first try (due to my own anxiety), but I did as Mrs.Ortega asked and emailed her immediately. She was very responsive and willingly sent me the tools that I needed. I then sat for my test and passed on my next try with FLYING COLORS!!!!! She is excellent and you will NOT regret taking this course.
