Admittedly, I had doubts about my... read more abilities to learn everything I needed to pass my board exam within only a 3 day weekend course, along with absolutely zero experience in medical coding and billing (not to mention never laying eyes on a single code prior to class). I am the type of person that likes to explore all my options and see everything out as they are. I am telling you now, DO NOT GO THE LONG WAY AROUND THE MOUNTAIN!!! Sign up for her course, it is only for your own good! Absolutely everything that is pertinent to passing the board exam is covered within your 3 days with Mrs. Ortega. Do not waste your ENERGY, MONEY, or TIME with any other program, whether it is a vocational school or online program. You will only be hurting yourself in the end. You will not gain the essential and practical knowledge needed to pass your exam, become certified, and land a job. Mrs. Ortega is absolutely your best coach, and breaks everything down until she makes you completely understand, before moving on. Both her and her staff have an incredible response time, and work around the clock to take care of their students. They absolutely have your best interest at heart while you are a part of their program. She is such a genuine and good-hearted person, and wants to make sure every single one of her students succeed. I know walking out of class that I will absolutely pass my Board Exam on the first try. Long story short, take the plunge, YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF LATER!! �

  • Wow! I passed my CPC exam! Mrs. Ortega and Medical Coding Academy (MCA) took 3 days to teach the CPC coding course techniques that I’ve been studying for... read more years. I did great with my coding online studies through AAPC, but when it came time for testing, I missed it twice. I thank GOD for putting people in my life that has helped me achieve my goal, to be a CPC. Thank you to my husband and family for helping and encouraging me. Thank you to three ladies who are friends/coworkers that also encouraged me and lead me to MCA. Thank You Mrs. Ortega for showing me that I can do this and for staying with your class throughout the long hours. It was so worth it! Don’t hesitate - go for it! You won’t regret it! Take this course and be on your way to a rewarding career! The cost was minimal compared to what I spent for my previous studies.

I got all my exam prep kit materials on the mail and still cant lift my jaw... read more off the ground about how impressed I am with it! Brownie point 2! McA has thought of it all!! Ive never seen anything like it. But the biggest that I've just completed the coding fundamentals module. I'm happy to report that I have already learned more in this one video from Mrs Ortega than I ever did when i was attended the 10 month vocational college..smh!!! cant believe I spent 20k on that school. If you're reading this you need to save yourselves the time and money and get the online from MCA. God I wish I would have found them first! Upward and onward..about to start the integumentary system! update!!! So I just had to jump on here and tell the Academy and anyone else who is reading this that I literally finished the online program about a week ago took my test this past Saturday and found out I passed on my 1st try tonight!! Can I just say I keep driving into my bed and screaming into my pillow that I passed over and over again!!!!! Needless to say I am beyond elevated. Listen guys all I can say is take this course and I mean dont even hesitate! You will never find any course better than the one from mca trust me I should know because I bought two others including aapc and they were worthless but Mrs Ortega teaches with her soul in this course and you feel it through the screen every minute ... Please do not try to go to college or by any other courses because you don't need anything but what Mrs Ortega has to teach you in this online course I'm trying my best here to keep you off on making terrible mistakes OK well I've said my piece I've gotta go best of luck to you all!
